  I loved how they have an assistant who helps out with orders and direction because sometimes this place can get busy. Free Newspaper to read and many come for the great coffee

  EVERY single time I've ordered coffee it's burnt. At first, I thought they weren't stirring it enough.... nope it's AWFUL and I LOVE McDonald's coffee!! Today was my FINAL day going to this restaurant. AGAIN I didn't get what I ordered!!! They ask me to wait and they STILL screw it up. I get mistakes happen but 4x (in a year at THIS specific site) of my order wrong. It's STUPIDITY not a MISTAKE!!

  New machines don't allow you to order a glass of water with your meal. Staff try and push you to the ordering machine even when you have zero interest in using it. Often out of supplies or specific items. We go for the play area pretty fun and age appropriate. Not all or most kids get hurt on it maybe just the daft kids. Lots of mistakes every time we go but staff is friendly and they do try.

  I was in there this afternoon with my one year old. And when my order was ready they called my number and even with very full arms and a squirmy baby, shoved my tray with multiple full drinks at me. No offer to help carry it to my seat, nothing. I could understand better if it was very busy at the time, but i wasnt at all. I was disappointed in the service.
